Mid-Winter Spring

This photo was taken on Christmas day where it was 60 degrees Fahrenheit. During this time the lake is starting to slowly thaw. The whole photo shows many different types or styles of weather interacting all at once during a period of time that is normally primarily cold and snowy--at least in the Midwest. The weather changes show how fast temperature can change now in comparison to a few years ago where it was more linear and stable and at a level that was considered to not be a concern. This is extremely odd for the middle of winter in the Midwest. With the recent research and large amounts of information supporting the valid existence of global warming action needs to happen. Hopefully this will give more exposure to the serious threat that global warming proposes. I hope with this photo helps more and more people to call for immediate action and help support the need for more to be done and for people to see that this is a real issue. We have until 2050 to prevent major irreversible impacts on our planet. 2020-03-10T17:06:15+00:00 Nathan Christopher Dewey Amanda Koziura d8cad79289ca6f3a766facb6fa0fbb11898df036This page has tags:
