In the interactive game "Mental Health Day" as you advance past levels it becomes harder and harder to beat the level without losing (See figure below). If you compare the figure below with the picture on page 1 of my book you will see how this level looks much harder to complete. This reflects real life perfectly because as your mental illness progresses it becomes harder and harder to not burn out. This aspect of the game can make readers more comfortable with themselves because they can relate to this part of the game and feel less alone with the issues they struggle with.

People that have struggled with mental health can relate to this because as your mental health processes it is harder and harder to stay productive and not burn out. In the article "Can Digital Fiction Be Therapy" Nair, et al says, "Regardless of the medium, there is no denying that the information and stories we take in can powerfully influence us and our psychological wellbeing" (4). This quote is saying that digital literature can have an effect on your mental wellbeing. In this case the game "Mental Health Day" can help the reader for the better. It can improve someones physiological wellbeing by making them feel less alone with their own issues and realize that there are people who are going through the same thing and have overcome it. This game can improve a players psychological wellbeing.
