Hello! My name is Grace Johnson and I am a First-Year student at Case Western Reserve University. I am double majoring in History and Political Science, with hopes to pursue a law degree after undergrad. I am from small-town Ohio, where I grew up with four siblings on a farm. I enjoy working out and cooking, as well as reading and spending time with friends and family. I am also a large proponent of Social Justice issues and hope to utilize my law degree in helping those efforts. Through this project, I have been able to further develop this passion and my excitement for helping the disadvantaged.
Arjun Thillairajah
My name is Arjun Thillairajah, and I am a First-Year student at Case Western Reserve University. I plan on majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science and intend on getting a master’s degree in engineering. I am from Bethesda Maryland, right outside Washington D.C., and have an older sister. Outside of class, I love to run and compete on the cross country and track teams at Case Western. I also like hanging out with friends and have enjoyed exploring Cleveland and the surrounding Case Western area this semester. I hope to use my degree and education in mechanical engineering field to help in the fight for social justice and to create more opportunities for everyone to succeed.
Brendan Baird
My name is Brendan Baird and I am also a First-Year student at Case Western Reserve University. I am planning to major in Civil Engineering focused in Construction Management and Engineering with a minor in Economics. After my undergrad, I plan on obtaining a master's degree in Engineering Managemnt. I am from a fairly large town right outside of Cleveland, Ohio and have two older siblings (both a brother and a sister). I spend most of my time hanging out with my friends and family. If I am not with them, chances are I am working to try and stay busy. I want to become a real estate developer in my future and aspire to be part of building a world that works for everyone, one we can all be proud of.
