Protesting: Then vs. Now
Over the decades the responses to social injustice issues present in the American society have not only increased among it's population (shown by movements and changes in social norms), but also in the nonprofit sector. With social change and awareness to accept individuals outside of the typical before deemed "American society" brings an vast increase in organizations who are there to help the oppressed.
