They all lift their hands up over their heads. It seems that they are doing exactly the same as those people marching and demonstrating during the revolution, just like what is depicted on page 18. This children follow what the adults do during the revolution as they think people took part in the revolution are people who are heroes, and they want to become heroes by taking actions against ‘bad’ people (in this case, Ramin, who seems to be evil because his father killed communists previously).
