Many men and women whose homes are not in Greater Cleveland are forced to find rooms in lodging houses scattered over a great area around the University. These are not always pleasant or satisfactory and frequently no other students are living nearby. Dormitories for men and women, both undergraduate and graduate, are necessary for their comfort and for the social development which group living provides.
