Harmed or responsible parties are asked to participate in the following mediations within a week’s time. The mediations will consist of many individuals- including: staff, harmed, responsible parties, and individuals trained to lead. These will occur once every year in order to cultivate continuous restorative justice practices in the criminal justice system. 

Participate in an Offender-Staff Mediation
Depending if you are the harmed or responsible party, this will either call for you to participate or observe. In either case, it is an opportunity to learn the roles in which all three parties have in the restorative justice process.
