The Show Must Go On I have been a dancer since I was a toddler. But when the pandemic hit, my daily ballet stopped meeting. The commitment, the movement, and the energy suddenly disappeared; without it, I felt like I also lost part of my personhood. Technology intervened. Our Company resurged with virtual classes as seen in the photo. Not only ballet was back, but so were all my friends. In retrospect, the pandemic did not stop my progress; it just made my lens focus more sharply on how to deliver the joy of dance. Through the art of problem-solving and the collaboration between STEM and Art, I was able to continue dancing and sharing the art form with my community. The crossover between STEM and Art made a difference, an impact, and feel like this is just the beginning.
