  All outgoing calls should be made through pay station phones located in booths in the corridors on each floor.  All incoming calls will be routed through the dormitory office.  Residents will be notified of calls via buzzers in the rooms.  They can then take the calls at the incoming telephone booth located in the corridor nearest their respective rooms.  Only emergency calls will be put through between 11:00 P.M. and 8:30 A.M.
