Main section 6 stories with basement, 100x80 feet; 2-story section between main section and auditorium of 95x16 feet; 1-story auditorium section of 100x70 feet with stage section 30x50 feet; total interior area 69,793 square feet; construction of steel and concrete; Public Square and East 2nd Street sides are of stone (south and east sides of building); north and west walls are of brick.
This property continued in use after 1949. Post-1949 research is not yet completed.
